Decissions taken in Radom
According to our schedule, the fourth transnational meeting of the project took place in Radom, Poland from 18th to 25th of October.
We organized the stpes of the project and reached agreements about the organizacion and the implementation of Tourism for teenagers.
This is the summary made by our coordinator Giorgio Marsan
1) Students should write on etwinning (https://twinspace.etwinning.net ) their best memories of their trips (Radom, but also Kalamata and Poio). To do this they need their username and password and go to “FORUMS”.
2) We should create the usernames and passwords for the other students. To do it, log in on twinspace; then go to this project (if you have only this one this passage does not exist); click on “MEMBERS”; click on “Invite new members”; click on “pupils”; add name and surname of “new pupils” and VERIFY; write the password and finally confirm.
3) Students should also write on the PADLETS. They have already been created. They are: “What have I learnt from this project?”; “What is worth experiencing in the areas involved in the project?” and “What Have I learnt from this project?”. To write on the padlets you only have to double click on the board and write (or upload images, videos, sounds, documents). I think that the padlets should have pictures and short texts.
4) We should fill the evaluations as soon as possible. It is already online .
5) MEETING IN PRIBRAM: we agreed to arrive on Sunday 7th February and finish on Saturday 13th February.
6) During the meeting in Pribram we are going to create the multilingual conversational guide with audio. I
7) By now we all probably know who are the students who will go to Pribram or to Rome, so please send the list to Hanka and to me if possible.
8) MEETING IN ROME: we agreed to meet in the week between Saturday 9th and Sunday 16th April.
9) We should continue the work on the final GUIDEBOOK. If you have anything to say regarding the Spanish or the Greek parts, say it, so they can possibly change something. The Polish should work on it as soon as possible. We agreed that the whole guidebook must be ready when we meet in Rome. To make it like a book you can follow the following instructions:
10) To create a book online: a) go to www.issuu.com; b) create an account (email address, username, password); c) open a word document and create your document with text, images, etc.; d) go back to issuu and sign in; e) if it is the first time you do it, to upload a file you have to follow an easy procedure on the screen (I did it, it is very easy): when you have finished it, select a file; f) publish and open it; g) go to share (bottom of page); h) copy the embed code (only the code); i) go to the blog “tourismforteenagers.blogspot.com”; j) log in into the blog; k) click on the pencil icon; l) write a title; m) click on HTML; n) paste (copy) the embed code; o) publish.

Decisssions taken in Kalamata
According to our schedule, the third transnational meeting of the project took place in Kalamata , Greece from 18th to 24th of April.
We organized the stpes of the project and reached agreements about the organizacion and the implementation of Tourism for teenagers.
This is the summary made by our coordinator Giorgio Marsan
1) Trip to Poland: arrival in Warsaw on Sunday 18th October and departure on Sunday 25th October from Krakow. We are going directly from Warsaw to Radom by coach (try to choose the bigger airport in Warsaw which is in the south) each one separately (or we might go together if our flights arrive at the same time)
2) Trip to Pribram: between Saturday 13th to Sunday 21st February 2016. Once in Radom we will decide the exact days (and also the days of the final meeting in Rome);
4) Those who haven’t uploaded their school/town presentations, please do it as soon as possible.
5) Please, ask the students to upload other “Best memories of Poio” with pictures as well;
6) Open a new page on the blog with “Best memories of Kalamata”, we could start uploading things on that as well: we also need the usernames and the passwords for the students who were in Kalamata (
7) The draft of the tourist guide: now we are completing the e-book from Spain (using www.issuu.com), including the translation is Spanish and Galician; please send Carmen a short comment “I would recommend visiting Poio/Pontevedra because…” (ask your students to do it). Then Carmen will send the pictures and the photos to me, so that I can start working on the paper tourist guide.
8) Start doing the same for Kalamata.
9) Next photo contest: let’s ask our students to decide which three pictures from Kalamata they want to use for the next contest in Radom: let’s remind them that the photos should be “typical” of the place (not pictures of people they could have taken anywhere) and one without people;
10) Multilingual dictionary: you can find it attached: somebody could upload it in docs.google.com ; then, please, let your students fill the Spanish (Galician?) and Czech. Once in Radom we will devote some time to fill two more sections: tourism and colloquial expressions;
11) Evaluation questionnaires: let’s write the results of the meeting in Kalamata immediately on our website/blog.
12) We will also work on a postcard
13) Polish and Czech will agree on the organization of the ICT lessons/activities in Radom and Pribram (including the blog, photo presentations, docs.google, etwinning, postcard. Interactive map)
Decissions taken in Poio
According to our schedule, the secondttransnational meeting of the project took place in Poio, Spain from 22th to 28th of February.
We organized the stpes of the project and reached agreements about the organizacion and the implementation of Tourism for teenagers.
This is the summary made by our coordinator Giorgio Marsan
1) Trip to Greece: on Saturday 18th April a coach will take us in the afternoon from the airport or from Athens and we’ll go to Kalamata all together; we’ll all leave Kalamata on Friday 24th early in the morning (8 o’clock).
2) Trip to Radom: between Sunday 18th October and Sunday 25th October. Each will check the best dates for the flights and we will compare them in Kalamata so that after that we can all book the flights.
3) We will all upload the presentations of our schools on the blog
4) We will upload the results of the questionnaires on the blog
5) The presentations will be presented again in Kalamata
6) The Multilingual Dictionary: We need to complete it with two sections, one connected to tourism and another one with students’ slang
7) Students passwords and usernames for eTwinning
8) We’ll invite students to comment on the blog and especially on the Forum in TwinSpace (“My best memories of Poio”: this has to include a comment on why should someone decide to visit Poio/Pontevedra);
9) The Spanish team will prepare the draft of the Tourist Guide and bring it to Kalamata;
10) The logo will be officially put on all future documents we prepare.
